On the brochure, it was introduced as the world’s largest ‘covered aviary park’. The keyword here will be covered. To get away with it, all it took was some nettings that prevented the birds from flying off. Otherwise, it took me less than 20 minutes to walk round the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. There wasn’t anything fantastic nor worth raving about. Walking around with my Casio Exlim EX-S600, I realised for the very first time the limitations of this compact camera. It’s about time I got my first digital SLR. Compacts are just not capable of the zooms required for many of the shots I attempted. Anyways, hope you enjoy these.
