		<description>Wow, those oil prices are really getting up there! It wasn't that long ago when oil was consistently running $20-$30 a barrel and local gasoline prices were not much over $1 per gallon.

The increase in crude oil prices has really spilled over into the gas prices. Currently regular unleaded gasoline is right at $3.00 per gallon here in Corpus Christi, Texas, and we usually have relatively low gas prices because of our proximity to local oil refineries.
