I’m not having the best week here in Hanoi. No estoy teniendo la mejor semana aquí en Hanoi. There are a lot of things on my mind. Hay un montón de cosas en mi mente. Mainly personal stuff. Principalmente cosas personales. I did take some pictures of the Sword Lake when Tuan Anh and myself went to a cafe for drinks after lunch. Lo hice tomar algunas fotos de la Espada Lago cuando Tuan Anh y yo fui a una cafetería para bebidas después del almuerzo. It’sa much smaller lake compared to the West Lake. Se trata de un lago mucho más pequeña en comparación con el Lago del Oeste. It was nice and windy from where we were but the pictures are not of the best quality since it was cloudy. Es agradable y viento de donde estábamos, pero las fotos no son de la mejor calidad ya que es turbia.

The view from the cafe was really nice. La vista desde el café era realmente agradable. I was told the building of the cafe itself is more than a 100 years old. Se me dijo el edificio de la cafetería en sí es más de 100 años. Fascinating interior. Fascinante Interior.

The weather in Hanoi has changed slightly. El tiempo en Hanoi ha cambiado ligeramente. Sunday and Monday was still pretty warm. Domingo y lunes todavía estaba muy caliente. Come Tuesday, the weather started to take a cooler front. Ven martes, el clima empezó a tomar frente refrigerador. Though not as cold as it was when I last visited Hong Kong and Shanghai last year, you could see the locals all decked out in long-sleeves at the very least. Aunque no tan fría como lo era cuando yo la última vez que visitó Hong Kong y Shangai el año pasado, se podían ver todos los locales con cubierta en mangas largas-por lo menos. A large number actually showed up at work in jackets and some even winter clothings. Un gran número de hecho se presentó en el lugar de trabajo en chaquetas y algunos incluso invierno clothings.

I guess as a Singaporean who experience the warm and humid weather most part of the year, I kind of enjoy the cool weather. Me imagino como una experiencia de Singapur que el cálido y húmedo clima la mayor parte del año, tipo de disfrutar el fresco clima. I was walking around on the streets in my t-shirt and jeans. Yo estaba caminando en torno a las calles en mi t-shirt y jeans. Folks from the project office asked if I felt cold. La gente de la oficina de proyectos preguntó si me sentía frío. Amazingly, the air-conditioner in the project office is set at 28 degrees celsius. Sorprendentemente, el aire acondicionado en la oficina de proyectos se ha fijado en 28 grados centígrados. What is up with these folks? ¿Qué es con estas personas? Might as well open the windows and save some energy. ¿Podría así como abrir las ventanas y guardar algo de energía.
